Who Teaches FIT
Fascial Integration Therapy is taught by practitioners who train in person. Education is grounded in direct experience, demonstrated competency, and written approval.
Teaching Philosophy
RLS Institute teaches fascia as an adaptive, intelligent system. Instruction is restrained, clinical, and embodied. We do not promise cures. We teach the language of the body — restriction, compensation, breath, and contact — so practitioners and couples can learn through direct experience.
Online learning introduces the language. In-person training teaches the body.

Brandon Taylor
Lead Instructor · Founder, Resonance Labs Institute
Brandon Taylor developed FIT Method from two decades of close study — pain, where it comes from, and how the body learns to resolve it. His education spans modern clinical research and older, quieter traditions of hands-on work. He began practicing in Los Angeles in 2016 and founded Resonance Labs in 2020 to bring those threads together: pain, physical dysfunction, emotional integration, and the steady maintenance of soft tissue. His teaching is patient and practical. He teaches what the body does, and how to listen to it.
Additional Faculty
As the institute grows, additional certified practitioners will be listed here. All professional instruction is led by practitioners with demonstrated competency and written approval.
